We were at the dealership at least 4 times looking at a Defender. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. No pushy salesman, but ready to help with answers to our questions. Everytime we went in the staff knew us and what we were looking at even though we spoke to different people sometimes. The price was quoted the very first trip in. No extra fees added, just the out the door price unlike other dealerships that add on hundreds or even thousands of dollars. We are extremely pleased with the purchase process and our Defender!
